Phase d&#039;\u00e9valuation<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wpr-tab-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"fas fa-pen\"><\/i>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpr-tabs-content-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div id=\"wpr-tab-content-5431\" class=\"wpr-tab-content elementor-repeater-item-d0eb03c\" data-tab=\"1\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wpr-tab-content-inner elementor-clearfix wpr-anim-size-large wpr-overlay-fade-in\"><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Une premi\u00e8re phase de diagnostic<\/strong> a eu lieu entre septembre 2023 et f\u00e9vrier 2024, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e avec une quarantaine de PME dans les trois secteurs confondus, ayant des m\u00e9tiers diversifi\u00e9s, de tailles diff\u00e9rentes et de plusieurs r\u00e9gions tunisiennes.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Les objectifs de cette phase ont permis d\u2019identifier les besoins, de valider les r\u00e9sultats avant de concevoir les paquets de service en concertation avec les associations sectorielles qui ont partag\u00e9 leur priorit\u00e9 afin d\u2019offrir les actions les plus adapt\u00e9es.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div id=\"wpr-tab-content-5432\" class=\"wpr-tab-content elementor-repeater-item-681e992\" data-tab=\"2\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wpr-tab-content-inner elementor-clearfix wpr-anim-size-large wpr-overlay-fade-in\"><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Une deuxi\u00e8me phase de d\u00e9ploiement<\/strong> partag\u00e9e en deux vagues.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><u>La premi\u00e8re vague<\/u> de d\u00e9ploiement dont le d\u00e9roulement est pr\u00e9vu entre les mois d\u2019Avril 2024 et de D\u00e9cembre 2024, a commenc\u00e9 par un appel \u00e0 manifestation d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat afin que les PME expriment leur volont\u00e9 \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du programme, suivi d\u2019un appel \u00e0 choix des paquets de service pour identifier les axes sur lesquels les entreprises d\u00e9sirent d\u2019\u00eatre accompagn\u00e9es.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><u>La deuxi\u00e8me vague<\/u> de d\u00e9ploiement suivra le m\u00eame processus et se d\u00e9roulera entre le mois de janvier et d\u00e9cembre 2025<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div id=\"wpr-tab-content-5433\" class=\"wpr-tab-content elementor-repeater-item-9a1e2e4\" data-tab=\"3\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"wpr-tab-content-inner elementor-clearfix wpr-anim-size-large wpr-overlay-fade-in\"><p><strong>Une troisi\u00e8me phase d\u2019\u00e9valuation<\/strong> des acquis se tiendra \u00e0 la fin du projet afin de mesurer l\u2019impact des actions entreprises pour en tirer les meilleures le\u00e7ons et ancrer les acquis. Par ailleurs des \u00e9valuations en continues sont pr\u00e9vues tout au long du projet afin de mesurer constamment la satisfaction des entreprises et la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019impact des actions, laquelle approche permet un ajustement \u00e0 temps et quand Phase d&#039;\u00e9valuation Une premi\u00e8re phase de diagnostic a eu lieu entre septembre 2023 et f\u00e9vrier 2024, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e avec une quarantaine de PME dans les trois secteurs confondus, ayant des m\u00e9tiers diversifi\u00e9s, de tailles diff\u00e9rentes et de plusieurs r\u00e9gions tunisiennes. Les objectifs de cette phase ont permis d\u2019identifier les besoins, de valider les r\u00e9sultats avant de concevoir les paquets de service en concertation avec les associations sectorielles qui ont partag\u00e9 leur priorit\u00e9 afin d\u2019offrir les actions les plus adapt\u00e9es. Une deuxi\u00e8me phase de d\u00e9ploiement partag\u00e9e en deux vagues. La premi\u00e8re vague de d\u00e9ploiement dont le d\u00e9roulement est pr\u00e9vu entre les mois d\u2019Avril 2024 et de D\u00e9cembre 2024, a commenc\u00e9 par un appel \u00e0 manifestation d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat afin que les PME expriment leur volont\u00e9 \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du programme, suivi d\u2019un appel \u00e0 choix des paquets de service pour identifier les axes sur lesquels les entreprises d\u00e9sirent d\u2019\u00eatre accompagn\u00e9es. La deuxi\u00e8me vague de d\u00e9ploiement suivra le m\u00eame processus et se d\u00e9roulera entre le mois de janvier et d\u00e9cembre 2025 Une troisi\u00e8me phase d\u2019\u00e9valuation des acquis se tiendra \u00e0 la fin du projet afin de mesurer l\u2019impact des actions entreprises pour en tirer les meilleures le\u00e7ons et ancrer les acquis. Par ailleurs des \u00e9valuations en continues sont pr\u00e9vues tout au long du projet afin de mesurer constamment la satisfaction des entreprises et la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019impact des actions, laquelle approche permet un ajustement \u00e0 temps et quand n\u00e9cessaire.\u00a0 Les actions La feuille de route du projet s\u2019articule autour des 7 questions centrales de la RSE et se pr\u00e9sente comme suit\u00a0: Conditions de travail et droits de l\u2019homme Ressources Humaines Axes: Strat\u00e9gie des ressources humaines Gestion des ressources humaines et des carri\u00e8res Communication interne et marketing RH La s\u00e9curisation des emplois et la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019activit\u00e9 Objectifs:\u00a0 Appr\u00e9hender l\u2019importance d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie RH d\u00e9clin\u00e9e de la strat\u00e9gie globale de l\u2019entreprise et en parfaite coh\u00e9rence\u00a0avec les nouvelles exigences en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement durable.\u00a0 Identifier les leviers de la gestion des parcours professionnels, sa m\u00e9thodologie et outils. Comprendre la notion de communication interne qui favorise l\u2019engagement, le sens d\u2019appartenance et l\u2019ancrage d\u2019une culture d\u2019entreprise, gage de d\u00e9veloppement et de performance.
